The concrete deposits began to be used in the first centuries of our era by the Romans. Currently, thanks to the technological advance in terms of material, the concrete tanks make the progress of maceration and fermentation of the grapes optimal and bring us closer to a quality product
Here is where our wines acquire aromatic notes that during the tasting we can identify as toast, smoked vanilla and of course woody notes. During the stay in the barrel a series of physical-chemical processes are produced, at the same time that the porosity of the wood also allows the micro-oxygenation of the wine. With this, over time it is evolving and developing its characteristics
