Our grape varieties

We have different varieties of grapes, typical of the area where our Farms are located.

Bobal

It is our native variety par excellence. The grape is medium size, with pherical grain, medium-large thickness and dark blue color.

Its wines are characterized by an intense dark cherry colour with a garnet-violaceous border, a good tannic charge and moderate acidity. It has a very good aptitude for the elaboration of rosés, very fruity and fresh flavor.

Macabeo

Variety of white grape very settled in our area. The berry is golden yellow, with a medium to large size and with a thin skin and white flesh. Its produces pale and fruity wines, fresh, with a good acidity and with fine and elegant aroma.

Cencibel or Tempranillo

Internationally recognized, its Spanish origins is once of the most noble red varieties. The grape is medium in size, with a small grain very rounded, consistent skin and colorless pulp. It produces a must balanced in sugar and color with a moderate acidity.
