The main objetive of la Cepa de Pelayo winery is to re-elaborate the wine in its most basic essence. A concern for art, architecture, a esthetics and good work, all linked to wine, makes our winery take up the idea of returning to the primary, the primodial manual work and what is really important for wine.
Taking advantage of the knowledge and legacy of our previous generations, with a vineyard of more than 50 years, an exquisite, ecological and artisanal care of the grapes, collected by hand in boxes, refrigerated before treatment, even separated according to their original plot, stored in concrete tanks with fully controlled temperature for fermentation and a temperature controlled basemente with French oak barrels. The result we can offer to our customers are excellent wines of very high quality, cich is the main objetive of our project.
