The importance of pruning for a production according to grape Quality.

Pruning is a fundamental task in the vineyard, because without it the vine would obtain inadequate yields and the buds of the shoot would flourish without control, obtaining many clusters of grapes, small and of poor quality.

Grape Quality

How to get good quality

The pruning in green is determinant to improve the maturation of the clusters. This type of pruning improves the quality of the grape because if the load of brunches that has the strain is smaler, the alimentary that the strain needs will concentrate on the rest and the result will be more expressive wines, with more body and personality.

Control and Quality
