Pale yellow wine, perfectly clean and bright. Tear abundant, thick and smooth, giving a softness in the mouth.

Aroma

Medium - High aromatic intensity, great fineness, frankness and limpidity of aromas. Primary aromas of the macabeo variety appear in the form of apple and pear, envolving into secondary aromas of jasmine and margarita among other white flowers.

Taste

This is a young wine, which on first taste, is marked by a characteristic acidity of its type. With a full body taste in the mouth however, it glides smoothly filling and unfolding retronasal aromas, leaving a robust aftertaste.
