Contrasts between wineries and wine tasting.

On this visit we will have the opportunity to visit and old winery, the new and modern winery and make a tasting of our wines.

During the visit we will have the opportunity to visit a typical winery of the time of the cooperatives and we will know the elaboration processes that were carried out in it. Then we will visit the winery La Cepa de Pelayo, where we will know the new advances used in the making of our wines. And we will end the visit whith a commented tasting of our best wines.

You will discover how the elaboration of the wine has returned to be something traditional, returning to its origins and returning to the importance of treating each elaboration process with care.
