Elaboration: Made from a selection of the best Bobal variety of grape on our oldest vines: ecologically cultivated between the Jucar River Valley and the Cabriel River Valley.
Harvested by hand in boxes, with a controlled fermentation temperature in order to achieve a soft extraction of aromas and genle tannins.

7 month in concrete tanks with the lees left in to increase aromatic and taste profiles.

- Color: Rasberry with a hint of violet. Its borders are Bright with a medium -high body. As with all Bobal wines, its tears are tinted.
- Aroma: In a still glass we find an intense aroma of red and black ripe fruit (strawberry, raspberry, plum and cherry) and in a swirled glass we find a soft aroma of fresh herbs.
- Taste: Inside the mouth the taste combines a sweet fruit flavour with rugged tannins that bring it balance and character. With a rich, long fruity aftertaste, it reflects the huge potential of the Bobal variety.
- Temperature to serve: between 12ºC y 14ºC degrees
- Pairing: We can enjoy this wine with meats, stews.... and also during a good appetizer.
