7 months in concrete tanks with the lees left in to increase aromatic and taste profiles.

- Color: With a red cherry color and violet borders it is a clean and bright wine.
- Aroma: Intense aroma with sublte predominance of red ripe fruit, wild fruit (typical of this variety) and a touch of licorice.
- Taste: Inside the mouth the taste combines a kind ,silky start with soft acidity. This wine is fresh and persistent on the palate.
- Temperature to serve: between 15ºC and 17ºC
- Pairing: Ideal to taste with red meats, cured cheeses....
