Elaboration: Made from a selection of the best Bobal grapes of our oldest vines which are ecologically cultivated between the Jucar River Valley and the Cabriel River Valley.
Harvested by hand in boxes. It has cold fermentation to get the highest extraction of color, aromas and natural tannins.

7 month in concrete tanks with its lees left in to increase the aromatic and tasting profiles.

  • Depleted Sugars: 1,30 g/L
  • Color: Pale pink, also called onion skin, we find a clean and bright wine. Due to its slight maceration with the skins we can achieve this peculiar color.
  • Aroma: On the nose it has an intense aroma combining an immediate burst of bright, fresh red fruits (sour strawberry,raspberry, cherry..) with floral aromas of violet and rose.
  • Taste: Inside the mouth it has the perfect balance between acidity, alcohol and sweetness. A very unctuous wine with a lush texture, rich in taste sentations.
  • Temperature to serve: 12ºC
  • Pairing: This wine is ideal to enjoy during the aperitif or with soft starters or fresh salads.
